In order to improve the insulation of its building, CARGILL PIPASA decided to install a false horizontal PVC ceiling 2.40 meters high. Despite the very hot temperatures in Costa Rica, the breeder is very aware of the benefits of perfect insulation to reduce especially its energy costs.
CARGILL PIPAPA contacted SYSTEL and its Costa Rican installer in October 2015 as the 11,600-watt American-brand barn brooders he owned, tended to burn the false ceiling. SYSTEL’s 1600-watt SOL’AIR breeder, thanks to its innovative and patented technology (anodized convex dish), only heats the litter. This solution was therefore proposed to CARGILL PIPASA.
The Costa Rican breeder could immediately see the change with these breeders who do not burn the false ceiling, even if they are suspended 40 cm below.
The problem has been solved, CARGILL PIPASA can now continue to install false ceilings while putting SOL’AIR 11 600 watts allowing it to save gas and obtain a perfect heat homogeneity in its building.
