As part of the renovation of a 200-seat PS room, the breeder wanted to reduce the consumption of electricity related to heating, and at the same time improve ventilation in winter.
He therefore inquired about the PigRC41 exchanger.
After a feasibility study carried out by the pig producer group and in partnership with SYSTEL, the PiGRC41 exchanger met the constraints and easily adapted to the existing installation (pumping box height, air diffusion in a slit duct, control of the exchanger by the existing regulation).
The breeder thus invested in the PigRC41 exchanger, which was precisely designed to adapt to existing installations.
Installed since 2013, the PigRC41 has met all the expectations of the breeder, by securing and improving its ventilation in winter (it no longer has the phenomenon of under ventilation and wet grating), and above all, it has achieved energy savings by halving its electricity consumption related to heating.
