On the winter lot, the shutters remain closed for up to 4 weeks and the building enjoys a very dry atmosphere despite the external humidity. The minimum setting m³/kg/hour is very easy.

On the fall batch, the PRC180 exchangers operated for the entire batch, 56 days. During the day, in normal t°, the shutters drive the ventilation. As soon as the t° drops, mainly at night, the exchangers take back control of the ventilation.

On the summer batch, the fans are used for air mixing and allow a reduction of 1 to 1.5°C in the building.

It also uses CBX, indirect combustion heaters that, combined with exchangers and the control computer, gives it great peace of mind setting and managing the atmosphere in the chicken coop.

PRC180 heat exchangers are easy to install outside and very easy to maintain.

The bedding remains of good quality, the technico economic results of the first two lots give about 2 €/m²/lot semi raw chicks in + the general average of the group.

The veterinarians at the slaughterhouse themselves remarked, “Chickens are clean without legs or pads.”
