First of all, he wanted to improve the air quality and atmosphere in his building.
Franck Guignard hesitated between two distinct techniques: passage of the whole building in dynamics or installation of exchanger. Alongside Mikael Ouvrard of ELVEO, Systel advised and contributed its expertise to various questions on this subject.

The dynamic transition proved too expensive so we worked on the dimensioning of exchanger to dynamize the building up to at least 20 days.
The breeder wanted to set up a non-time-consuming system, which is why we opted for the Compact PRC range.
With the different constraints that Franck Guignard had given us our choice fell on the PRC540 (540 m2 of exchange area for 16 000m3/ h of air flow). Started in 2015 and after 24 batches, the results on gas consumption, atmosphere, litter and regularity of batches are excellent.

The second issue on this file was the replacement of its lighting system. Its obsolete HF fluorescent system was no longer satisfactory.
After a lighting study, we opted for the installation of dimmable LED neon lights (from 0.2 to 100%), which today allows it to be perfectly regular on the distribution of light and especially to significantly lower its electric bill.
